Do you have a storefront that I can come to?
No, we do not. We are a custom bakery only and do not have a storefront open to the public with readily made items. All orders are by custom order only and typically require at least a week (if not longer) lead-time.
How long does it take to receive a reply after I’ve sent an inquiry or email?
While we do our best to reply as quickly as possible, it may take up to three business days to receive a reply. Business days are Monday through Friday (for example, if you email on Friday morning, you may not receive a reply until Monday or Tuesday). If you are inquiring through our website, please double check that you have entered your email address correctly as this will be how we get in touch.
How much notice do I need to provide for an order?
Due to the custom nature of most orders, we recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For wedding cake orders and large custom orders, we recommend at least 2-3 months. During certain times of the year, it is possible for us to book up months in advance (wedding season, holidays, etc.). All of this is subject to change, so please contact us to check our availability.
How do I place an order?
The only way to receive a quote and order confirmation is to fill out our order form or email us with details and photos of what you would like. This does not guarantee your order but allows us to give a quote and then confirm your order by sending an invoice. Orders are not confirmed until an invoice has been paid in full. We are unable to provide quotes or take orders over the phone.
Do you offer same day orders/pick-ups?

Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are a custom bakery only and are not open to the public (nor do we have a storefront with readily made items available). All orders must be placed in advance and pick-ups are scheduled by appointment only at our commercial kitchen. Our address 2616 Eugenia Avenue and we can be reached by phone 9am-3pm Monday-Friday.
Are you open on Saturdays?
No, but we do offer pick-up appointments for customers who have pre-ordered. This time is typically scheduled in the morning but may vary based on our wedding delivery schedule for that specific Saturday. We will contact you to confirm this appointment time the week of your order. This is a scheduled pick up appointment time that we request you promptly show up on time for (just like a doctor or hair appointment).
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, standard delivery starts at $100 but varies based on location and final order. Wedding cake deliveries start at $200.
How much does a cake typically cost?
Our cakes start at $8 per serving. For example, the smallest cake we offer is a 6” which serves twelve and starts at $96. Complexity of design and extra details will increase the price. Custom cakes typically start closer to $200+ for a 6”. A simple buttercream wedding cake to serve 100 would start at $800 (plus delivery). How much do decorated sugar cookies typically cost?
Decorated sugar cookies require a minimum order of three dozen and each design requires a minimum of twelve (so, for three dozen, you can choose up to three designs). Cookies average about $99 per dozen but vary based on intricacy of design.
How much do french macarons cost?
French macarons are $4 each and require a minimum order of 50 per flavor and color ($200 minimum).
Do you offer wedding cake tastings?
Yes, we offer wedding cake tastings two different ways. You can order a “to-go” tasting box to pick up and take home for $50. These are only available 2-3 times a month and include an assortment of our most popular cake and fillings deconstructed so that you can mix and match. Or, you can schedule an in-person consultation for $175. This includes a tasting and 30 minute in-house consultation meeting. Tastings are not available until we have provided a quote for your order ahead of time.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Currently, we only offer gluten free options (cakes, sugar cookies, and French macarons). However, we are not strictly a gluten free kitchen and therefore cannot guarantee there woulnd’t be any cross contamination.
